Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced a culinary journey that beautifully showcased Italy's gastronomic flair. Located within a short stroll from scenic attractions like the lake and the rose garden, this hotel provides both convenience and charm. Upon arrival, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, which was a welcome gesture given the hotel's first-floor location. The room, while clean and equipped with necessary amenities, had a slight noise issue from the machine room. I appreciated the attentive service provided throughout my visit. Emerald, the in-house vegetarian restaurant, became a favorite. I relished a selection of dishes, ranging from Italian classics to innovative vegetarian options. The ambiance was inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed dinner. Although breakfast offerings were limited, I found delight in the European options available, even though service required reminders. My dinners-two evenings in total-were exceptionally enjoyable. The staff was friendly and courteous, enhancing the evening with their dedication to service. For those seeking a fusion of culinary excellence and convenient access to cultural sites, this hotel remains a noteworthy choice on culinary adventures in Italy.
